Cancellation Policy

  • A cancellation fee equivalent to the first nights accommodation will be charged if a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of due to arrival.

Booking/Cancellation policy for Long weekends and Public holidays:

  • 50% non refundable deposit is required on Public holidays, Long Weekends and December-January School Holidays
  • Balance to be paid on arrival
